Frozen Cherry Popsicles

Published on: 06/19/2018

Cherry season is here.  Yaasssss!  I love cherry-flavored anything.  As much as I love fresh cherries, I use frozen cherries a lot for smoothies, sauces and in these ice pops.  When I was a kid, I loved cherry Italian ices, especially the bottom syrupy, crystallized stuff.  I couldn’t wait to flip it over and dig in. <grin>!

Want a simple one ingredient COOL down?  Try these cherry pops today.

Did you know cherries are jam-packed cell protective compounds called anthocyanins?

Cherries come in sweet and tart varieties.

Drinking tart cherry juice can help you sleep better.

Eating tart cherries can help keep your heart, joints and brain healthy.
