Cherry season is here. Yaasssss! I love cherry-flavored anything. As much as I love fresh cherries, I use frozen cherries a lot for smoothies, sauces and in these ice pops. When I was a kid, I loved cherry Italian ices, especially the bottom syrupy, crystallized stuff. I couldn’t wait to flip it over and dig in. <grin>!

Frozen Cherry Pops
Ingredients
2 cups frozen sweet or tart cherries, thawed
Directions
Put cherries into a blender and puree. Pour cherries into popsicle molds and place in the freezer. Allow to freeze for at least 3 – 4 hours or overnight.
Enjoy and stay cool!
