Part 1: Daily Motivation

For 21 days you’ll get an email from me with a new lifestyle-focused topic, journaling exercise, motivational moment or a nourishing recipe.

Part 2: Weekly Live Office Hours

Once a week I will offer a LIVE office hour to cover a specific topic, cook a recipe and answer questions.

Part 3: Community Support

Throughout the program you will belong to a private online group for sharing experiences, asking questions and discovering new recipes.

What is required to be in the program?

You will be asked to participate in the full 21 days  by reading the daily emails, filling in the questionnaires and joining the private Facebook community. You’ll get the most out of it (I promise) if you are all in!

What is the refund policy?

Due to the nature of the program, there are no refunds given.  However, if for some reason you cannot complete the program, you can put your payment toward the next program offering.
